Origami Simple Heart Instructions
Step 1: Begin with a square piece of origami paper, colored side down.
Step 2: Fold the paper in half vertically, creasing it well.
Step 3: Unfold and fold the paper in half horizontally, again creasing it thoroughly.
Step 4: Flip the paper to the colored side. Fold the top corners down to meet the center crease, creating a triangle at the top.
Step 5: Fold the bottom point up to meet the top point, forming a smaller triangle.
Step 6: Fold the two outer corners of the triangle to the center, creating a diamond shape.
Step 7: Fold the bottom edge of the diamond up to meet the centerline.
Step 8: Flip the paper over and fold the bottom point up again, creating a small triangle at the bottom.
Step 9: Fold both sides of the triangle inward to create the heart shape.
Step 10: Adjust the folds as needed to shape your simple origami heart. You’re done.
